Gregory M. Aymond
Archbishop
Gregory M. Aymond, who grew up in Gentilly, and a native of New
Orleans was installed August 20th as the 14th Archbishop of New
Orleans. Archbishop Aymond was Bishop of Austin, Texas since
2000. OLPS welcomed the Archbishop to our church community for
a visit and Mass on September 2, 1009.
It was a great night with over 700 parishioners at Mass and reception
which followed.
